APPLICATION

• Complete your Rent To Own profile on our website, it's FREE (this automatically applies you in the Rent To Own process)!
• Once you have submitted your information, our Rent To Own experts will make an initial determination as to which of our programs is right for you

 

 

ENROLLMENT

• Our experts will then contact you via telephone to inform you of your application status and may ask you to provide additional information.
• You will then be enrolled in either our Preparation Program or our Home Owner Program

* If you you qualify for our Home Owner Program, you begin the search process immediately.

 

 

PREPARATION

• Not everyone is ready to join our Home Owner Program today; our professionals may recommend that you join one of our Preparation Programs.
• These programs have been designed by our Rent To Own experts to help start you on the Smart Path to Home Ownership as soon as possible.
  • Our Signature Preparation Program is specially designed to provide you with an incredibly inexpensive avenue for improving your credit score, while giving you the ability to understand how mortgage lenders analyze your credit profile. A portion of their fee will be reinbursed as you graduate through the process
  • Our Select Preparation Program is a higher level of credit improvement in which our third party credit repair professionals will proactively engage the credit bureaus on your behalf in removing inaccurate, negative items from your credit report

 

SEARCH

• If you are enrolled in our Home Owner Program, it is time to begin your home search; We will assign you a real estate agent who specializes in the area you choose to live and will represent you as you pursue home ownership
• Consider factors most important to you; determine neighborhoods that most interest you
• Use our Affordability Calculator to help yourself determine a home price you can afford

 

 

 

LEASE SIGNING

• When we have located a home that is right for you, our team will walk you through the transaction process, help prepare your offer, and negotiate contract terms on your behalf
• Depending on your unique personal and financial needs, you will enter into a Rent To Own agreement for a period from 12 to 36 months

 

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

• We have industry experts on our team who will provide assistance to enable you to complete a successful purchase at the end of your lease, including a customized credit monitoring
• Together we will provide a detailed analysis of your financial profile , management of rent payments, and quarterly consultations/progress updates

 

 

HOME OWNERSHIP

• As the end of your lease approaches, We will help you determine the appropriate time to apply for a mortgage
• At the end of your lease, you enjoy the option to purchase your home
• We will walk you through closing and assist in completing the purchase process
